I know that with all that is going on, it can be difficult to find motivation to exercise! However, I strongly urge you to get off that phone and JUST DO IT! (nike please sponsor me hehe)...
Working out is something that always make me feel 10x better, so here are three, awesome, and easy workouts that you can do at home (NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!) All you will need is a mat and some space on the floor! Enough chit chat! Now go get your sweat on:) I love y'all!!!

50 reps of jumping jacks ~estimated time 2 min
2X20 curls/crunches ~estimated time 2 min
15 pushups ~estimated time 1 minute
repeat section above
10 stationary lunges on both sides ~estimated time 2 min
20 squats ~estimated time 1 minute
20 pushups ~estimated time 1 minute
2x10 burpees ~estimated time ~estimated time 1 minute
(make sure to cool down with stretching)
